Shipping policy

We ship Luma Vesper orders worldwide. Here's everything you need to know about processing, delivery times and tracking.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another email with your tracking number once it ships.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Australia

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days, AUD $11 (FREE on orders over AUD $100)
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days, AUD $15

United States and all other countries

Standard Shipping: 5–14 business days, FREE
Express Shipping: 3–5 business days, AUD $35 (shown in your local currency at checkout)

Delivery times are counted from the day your order ships and are estimates. Occasional delays can happen during peak holiday periods or because of carrier or customs delays.

Christmas delivery

To receive your order before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 20. For international orders, choose Express Shipping for the fastest delivery.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. You can track your parcel using the "Track your order" box at the bottom of our website.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at lumavesper@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
